Issue with Todays Update (Corrected)

11/5/2019 2:47:42 AM +00:00

There was an issue with today's update that caused duplicate entries to appear on the METRC Sales Upload page for some users. This issue has been fixed.

This issue affected regular OMMPOS and Private Cloud customers. Backup Server customers were not affected.

This issue may have affected you if you reported sales to METRC today from 7 am to 6:30 pm. We recommend using the METRC Sales Reconciliation tool to ensure that today 11/4 and yesterday's sales 11/3 are reconciled with METRC .

Please call me with any questions. Thank you, Raja Afrika (971) 276 - 3371
